Ah, but can you cook?

I can cook. My specialty is homemade nachos. Admittedly, I cheat and use Velveeta for starters, but I do add other cheeses, mainly muenster and swiss, to really cheese it up. I fry up a pan of ground turkey or chicken, season lightly, and when it's cooked and broken up sufficiently, I toss it in with the cheese. Next, I chop up some onions, slice some tomatoes, add about a half a cup of minced garlic, and a wee dash of vinegar. Finally, I toss in a can of sliced jalapeno peppers, and serve with Tostitos "Hint of Lime" tortilla chips. That's what I'll be making when the Superbowl comes around.

Lol dark, sweet. I wish i could cook. My GF does it for me so i dont feel the necessity to learn Razz

FOOLISH FOOL. Cooking is a necessity for all people, male or female, to learn. Suppose your girlfriend gets sick? You can show your manly-yet-caring side and save a few bucks and calories cooking, rather than ordering out. I'm single, but quite a few women tell me that they wish their significant others knew their way around a kitchen. I'm still learning, but I just marinated some steaks and stashed 'em in the fridge, and a couple nights back I fried up some fish and made some Mac N' Cheese to go with it. The best thing is to mix in some Muenster and Parmesan cheese with some italian breadcrumbs sprinkled on top, and bake that bad boy in the oven at about 375-400 degrees. Heck yea.

I usually order something, like pizza or noodles.
Or i let my mom to cook sth for me - so i dont think that im gonna recognize all your cooking recipes...
Especially not HI_NI's one....

Having money to order out is pretty awesome. What happens when you suddenly can't afford Dominos, or your Mom has something to do and can't make dinner for you? You're hungry, it's almost 5 p.m., and your gut is growling. You look in your fridge: You've got some onions and some minced Garlic. Check the freezer; some frozen chicken breasts and a bag of frozen mixed veggies. WHAT DO YOU DO?

Learning to cook is important. Now you know, AND KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE.

I can freaking cook!! Haha, my specialties are side dishes and desserts. I can make some mean pancakes and enchiladas. I'll write some recipes when I'm not on my iPod! I can cook pretty much anything. Working on getting good at cooking from scratch though!
